The issue of climate change at the national and international level is an important issue since it has a direct impact on society in the event of a crisis of food security which results in crop failure. Climate change which is erratic with an increasing level of climatic diversity require awareness of researchers,
government, and stakeholders to maintain agricultural sustainability. Responding to these issues, researchers are obliged to provide scientific input as a reference for the government in making policies related to climate change. Researchers are also initiators in spreading and transforming the knowledge and skills needed to deal with impacts of climate change.
