This student book consists of six units, providing students with knowledge of basic linguistics, starting from language characteristics, phonetics, phonology, morphology, syntax, and semantics. Students with minimal knowledge of linguistics will be able to understand basic linguistic concepts by reading the general theories and doing some exercises in this student book. The exercises in this student book can be done individually, in pairs, in small groups, or large groups.
